Details - Away shirt as worn when Hamburg finished 13th in the Bundesliga and were knocked out in the second round of the DFB-Pokal, losing 1-0 against Karlsruher SC. Also worn when Hamburg were knocked out in the third round of the UEFA Cup, losing 4-0 on aggregate against Roma, after finishing 3rd in their Champions League group behind Deportivo La Coruna and Panathinaikos.
