Details - Home shirt as worn when Chelseas were promoted to the First Division in the 1983-84 season, finishing as champions of the Second Division, before finishing 6th in the First Division in the next season under John Neal. Also worn when Chelsea made it to the semi finals of the 1984-85 League Cup, being knocked out of the competition after losing 5-2 on aggregate against Sunderland.
