Details - Away shirt believed to have been worn or issued to Dutch striker Pierre van Hooijdonk. Celtic had failed to win any silverware in the previous six seasons before the forward's arrival however things changed with Hooijdonk leading the front line and steering the club to the Scottish Cup and finishing his first season as top goalscorer with 32 goals. After a total of 52 goals in 84 appearances for the club he eventually left after failing to agree terms on a new contract and signed for Nottingham Forest
