Details - Home shirt as worn when Chelsea won a cup double in the 2006-07 season, beating both Manchester United and Arsenal in the FA Cup and League Cup respectively. However, after a disappointing 1-1 draw with Rosenborg in the 2007-08 Champions League campaign Jose Mourinho left the club by mutual consent and was replaced with Avram Grant. Despite not winning any trophies in the 2007-08 season Chelsea took the Premier League title race to the last day of the season, finishing 2 points behind Manchester United, and made it to the 2008 Champions League final where they again fell short at the hands of Manchester United.
