Details - European home shirt released to celebrate the side returning to the Champions League where they made it to the quarter finals of the 2001-02 Champions League, losing 4-3 on aggregate against Bayer Leverkusen. Liverpool then failed to make it out of the group stages in the next season after finishing 3rd in their group behind Valencia and FC Basel meaning they would compete in the UEFA Cup where they made it to the quarter finals, losing 3-1 on aggregate against Celtic.
