Details - Drill top as worn when England played Argentina in the second round of France 1998, When a young Michael Owen scored one of the goals of the tournament, but it wasn't enough for England to advance in the competition, losing 4-3 on penalties. Also remembered for the Beckham sending off incident for lashing out at Simeone.
