Details - Home shirt as worn when Chelsea finished 4th and 3rd respectively in the Premier League and won the 1998 League Cup final, beating Middlesbrough 2-0 in the final with goals from Frank Sinclair and Roberto Di Matteo in extra time. Also worn when Chelsea won the 1998 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, beating Stuttgart 1-0 in the final with Gianfranco Zola scoring the winner in the 71st minute.
